Intel's Arc graphics cards have started to see some major price cuts and the latest is the ACER Predator BiForst Arc A770 variant which is available for $349 US.
Intel's Custom Arc A770 Graphics Card From ACER Drops To $349 US Price Making It The Most Affordable 16 GB GPU
The Intel Arc A770 from ACER comes in the custom Predator BiFrost flavor which launched at a hefty price point of $399 US but it looks like the graphics card is now available at MSRP which is $349 US for the 16 GB variant of the Alchemist GPU. The graphics card is still listed for $399 US over at the official Acer store but Amazon is currently offering a discount of -13% which drops it down to $349.99 US.
Unlike the Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition, the custom Acer Predator BiFrost features an overclock out of the box which can go up to 280W, and clock speeds going to 2400 MHz, adding some extra performance to games. As for the design itself, the Acer Intel Arc A770 Predator BiFrost comes with a 2.5-slot design & uses a custom PCB that is powered by dual 8-pin connectors.
The card comes with two fans, one of which uses a standard 92mm design & uses a flow-through approach that vents air out of the back since there's no PCB underneath it & there's also a second fan which is a 5th Gen Aeroblade 3D design which delivers more cooling to the internal housing. It also makes use of a vapor chamber design and features all the latest technology suites that you can expect out of Arc graphics cards.
At $349.99 US, the Acer Predator BiFrost Intel Arc A770 graphics card is definitely something to look forward to especially for content creators who require that 16 GB memory buffer. The Arc A770 is the only card in this price bracket to offer such a large pool of VRAM and the recent driver updates have really made Arc Alchemist GPUs much better in games and other applications than what we got at launch.
