Resident Evil 2 Remake Final PC Size Confirmed

The final size for the PC version of Resident Evil 2 Remake, the remake of the second entry in the series developed by Capcom launching later this month, has been confirmed today.

A few hours ago, the game’s Steam page has received an update in the System Requirements section, confirming that the game is going to be 26 GB big, which is a rather small size, compared to other recent AAA requiring way more free storage space.

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: WINDOWS® 7, 8.1, 10 (64-BIT Required)
  • Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 or AMD FX™-6300 or better
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 760 or AMD Radeon™ R7 260x with 2GB Video RAM
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 26 GB available space

RECOMMENDED

Resident Evil 2 Remake launches on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 25th. A playable demo, the 1-Shot demo, will be released later this week, on January 11th, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
