OnePlus is looking for your feedback on OxygenOS

OxygenOS OnePlus Satisfaction Survey

There are lots of different OEM-variants of Android that you can find on a smartphone. There’s Samsung’s One UI, there’s LG’s LG UX, Xiaomi’s MIUI, Huawei’s EMUI, OPPO’s ColorOS… the list goes on. But one tends to stand out from the crowd, earning a lot of praise from the Android enthusiast community, and that’s OxygenOS. Known for its close-to-stock-Android experience and fluidity, OxygenOS is generally touted as one of the best flavours of Android you can get on a smartphone, simply due to the lack of bloat, useful features, and stock-like look. Now OnePlus is looking for your feedback in order to make OxygenOS even better. Despite the praise OxygenOS may get, there may be issues with it that you, an everyday user, may have noticed. The following was posted on the OnePlus forums.

Hello everyone,

As always, your feedback is important to us, so it’s time to evaluate your experience with OxygenOS. We would like to hear from you on how satisfied you were with OxygenOS during 2018.

Please participate in this survey and share your feedback directly with our team.

Following that, a link is posted that navigates to a survey with 6 questions about your experience with OxygenOS. They range from your experience with fluidity to new features and overall satisfaction with your device’s software. It’s a fairly comprehensive survey, but the next step for the company will actually be taking on feedback and implementing it. A company can put out as many surveys as they like, but it doesn’t mean anything unless they act upon the data gathered. OxygenOS isn’t perfect, and it’s a given that there will be some problems.

If you want to fill out the form, you can find the link below. It’s a relatively quick survey, and shouldn’t take you any longer than five minutes maximum. Now is the perfect time to get your thoughts out, especially if you have any major complaints. The survey is open to anyone with a OnePlus 3 or newer, so if you own a OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T, OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T, OnePlus 6, or OnePlus 6T, then check out the survey linked below.
