Apple will release iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, and additional updates sometime next month with major changes. The updates will be available on all compatible Apple devices after the company will be down with its iPhone 15 and Apple Watch Series 9 announcement. Currently, these update rest in the beta phase as developers work their way to report bugs and issues. Today, Apple has released beta 6 of its upcoming iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, and tvOS 17 to developers for testing.

If you are a developer, you can download and install the latest iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 beta 6 on your compatible iPhone and iPad models for free. All you have to do is head over to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Update and install the latest iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 beta update on your device. The process is the same for the iPhone and iPad. To download the latest beta, make sure your Apple ID is linked to your Apple Developer Account.

Apart from iOS 17, Apple has also released watchOS 10 beta 6 to developers. To download the sixth developer beta of watchOS 10, simply launch the dedicated Apple Watch app on your iPhone and head over to General > Software Update > Beta Updates and install watchOS 10 beta 6 on your Apple Watch. Before you download the beta, make sure your Apple ID is linked to your Developer account. Before installation, make sure that your Apple Watch has over 50 percent of battery life and is plugged into a power source. Also, your Apple Watch should be in the range of your iPhone.

Lastly, Apple has also seeded the sixth developer beta of tvOS 17 to developers. You can download and install the latest beta using Xcode on Mac. Apple has not released the sixth developer beta of macOS Sonoma as of yet but it will potentially arrive later this week or the next. Apple will release iOS 17 and all other updates in the third or fourth week of September.
