The slower versions’ performance cores were said to be operating at 3.00GHz, while the power-efficiency ones were rumored to be clocked at 2.30GHz. In the latest rumored Geekbench 5 single-core and multi-core scores, Revegnus does not share the clock speed details of the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 4.

However, if the chipset obtained a multi-core score of 14,500, it likely means that the performance and efficiency cores were running at a higher frequency than what we have mentioned above. According to a lengthy specifications leak, the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 4 had a clock speed of 3.40GHz and 2.50GHz, and these frequencies are higher than the previous variant tested and might be the reason for that multi-core performance boost.
