Fix Netflix App Not Working
Some of the errors that users have faced with the app include:

I am going to show you a list of things that you can try to fix this problem.
Update App
Step-1: Go to the Start menu and type Store. Click Open.
Step-2: Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
Step-3: Select Downloads and updates.
Step-4: Click on Get updates.
This will update the Netflix app if it is the list of to be updated apps. In addition, this may resolve any bug or error that the app is currently facing.
Netflix Down
There is always a possibility that the app is facing an issue worldwide or in some part of the world. To check if the app is facing problems, visit this site and look for yourself.
Reinstall App
Step-1: Go to the Start Menu and click on the Settings cog. (Shortcut keys: Win + I)
Step-2: Click on Apps.
Step-3: In the Apps & Features section, scroll down till you find Netflix. Click on it.

Step-5: Click on Uninstall again.

Step-1: Press the shortcut keys Win + I to open Settings.

Step-3: Click on Find and fix problems with Microsoft Store Apps.
Step-4: Click on Advanced.
Step-5: Click Next.
If a problem exists, it will be detected, and a solution will be recommended.
DNS Cache
If you see this error, ‘Whoops, something went wrong. We’re having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title. Error code: U7353', you should follow the steps below:
- Go to Start Menu and type cmd.
- Click on Run as administrator.
- You will be asked, ‘Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?’. Click Yes.
- Type ipconfig/flushdns and click Enter.
- You will get the following message once the DNS flush is successful:
- Open Netflix to check if it works now.
Fix Netflix App by Updating Graphics Driver
Step-1: Right-click on the Start Menu to get the WinX menu. (Shortcut Keys: Win + X)
Step-2: Click on Device Manager.
Step-3: Click on Display adaptors to expand the option.
Step-4: Right-click on the driver and select Update Driver.
Step-5: Open Netflix to see if it works.
Fix Netflix App by Giving it GPU Access
Step-1: Open Settings using Win + I shortcut keys.
Step-2: Type Graphics in Find a setting search bar.
Step-3: Select Graphics settings.
Step-4: In the drop-down menu under Choose an app to set preference, select Microsoft Store app.
Step-5: In the second drop-down menu, select Netflix.
Step-6: Select Add.
Step-7: Once the Netflix app section appears, click on Options.
Step-8: Select High performance and click Save.
This may lead to increased data usage as you will be getting better video quality.
