Pixel 4 Design From Both Sides Allegedly Shows No Difference Than Google’s Official Teaser in Latest Leak

Pixel 4 design in two fresh leaked images

With the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL specifications reported about earlier, it’s time to check out some fresh new images that allegedly reveal the Pixel 4 design, bringing us one step closer to figuring out what Google will present to us this year. The technology giant already provided a mini-teaser as to what its upcoming flagship offerings will look like, but it’s always a pleasant feeling when you get to see the device up-close and personal. A couple of images reportedly surfaced on Telegram, showing what the Pixel 4 might look like and from what we’ve seen in the past, this leak appears to be fairly accurate.

Pixel 4 in ‘Just Black’ Shows a Thinner Bottom Bezel, Along With a Multiple Rear Camera Array, Which Google Hopes to Tremendously Raise the Smartphone Photography Bar

According to XDA Developers Editor-in-Chief Mishaal Rahman, two images reportedly showcasing the Pixel 4 design from the front and back were ‘floating around on Telegram’. He states that he doesn’t have a clue regarding the source of these images, and at the Twitter thread, he’s calling on Photoshop experts to let him know if these images are legit are not. Fortunately, one person tweeted out that he’s had 15 years of Photoshop work experience and implies that the images aren’t manipulated in any way.

As for the actual design, you’ll notice that the bottom bezel of the Pixel 4 is smaller than the top bezel, the latter of which houses all the important sensors that Google will debrief the media about later in the year. This design is similar to what we’ve seen in the Pixel 4 renders reported about earlier, along with that massive rear camera hump. Even now, it’s confusing how many sensors are incorporated at the back, with two of them present horizontally, with a smaller sensor at the top, as far as we can tell, but we could be incorrect.

Earlier specifications indicate the primary camera being a 12MP RGB sensor, with the second one being a 16MP telephoto unit. There’s also a prominent LED flash, but that wasn’t difficult to notice. On the display, this Pixel 4 is probably running Android 10, as you can notice the gesture bar at the bottom, as well as two notifications showing the ‘Pixel Setup’ and ‘Pixel Play Protect’.

While this Pixel 4 design may look legit in our eyes, we’ll still recommend treating it with a pinch of salt. Google could announce the upcoming flagship series in October of this year, revealing more details we haven’t come across, or shared, so have a little patience from our end and stay tuned for more coverage.

Does the Pixel 4 XL design feature a massive and appreciated change in these renders when compared to the Pixel 3 XL?
