The Galaxy Note 10 launch was expected to take place sometime in August, as we reported earlier. Unfortunately, the exact date was not provided, meaning that readers and potential customers would have to wait a while to know when Samsung’s crown jewel for this year would be showcased to the public. Luckily, people close to the matter have stated that the launch date will be within the first week of August, giving Samsung a massive headstart against Apple, a company that’s slated to launch three new iPhone models later this year.

Galaxy Note 10 Launch Date Could Be Changed as Samsung Reportedly Using a Buttonless Design for Its Flagship Phablet

According to CNET, people privy to this information believe that Samsung will hold the Galaxy Note 10 launch event on August 7 and in New York, which is the same venue where the Note 9 launch was held. However, since there are a couple of months before Samsung takes center stage to announce two potential models for various markets, there is a possibility that the Korean giant changes that date.

Riding on the sales momentum of the Galaxy S10 lineup, Samsung has been doing particularly well in various regions thanks to incorporating several upgrades in its Galaxy S series and it most likely expects the same success from the Galaxy Note 10 range. To make sure that both the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Pro work flawlessly when they reach the customer, Samsung might want to delay the announcement by a few weeks to test out the new design and other areas.

Unlike the Note 9, the Note 10 is expected to have thinner bezels, an improved stylus, a quadruple camera system coupled with a single selfie shooter at the front that’s expected to be present at the top center of the display. Its screen size could be the largest Samsung has ever made from its Note family, and because the bezels will be reduced considerably, it could potentially possess the same footprint as its predecessor, the Note 9.

The more powerful Note 10 Pro is expected to come with Samsung’s Exynos 9820, made on the 7nm EUV process, providing more performance and consuming less power in the process. We look forward to being a part of the Galaxy Note 10 launch and if there is additional information that we manage to come across, you’ll be the first to know about it, so stay tuned.
