iOS 13 beta jailbreak

Will you look at that! iOS 13 beta jailbreak has been achieved on an iPhone as a proof of concept. And yes, don’t hold your breath for it.

iOS 13 beta was released last week to developers and already it has been jailbroken. But obviously, don’t hold your breath for it as this has been achieved on the first beta build of iOS 13, meaning that Apple has plenty of time to patch things up before the final version arrives later this year. Still, the fact that Apple’s latest and greatest OS has been jailbroken goes on to show that there are vulnerabilities under the hood that allows the iOS 13 beta jailbreak to happen in the first place.

Given the state of jailbreak right now, and given the amount of features iOS 13 beta brings with it, it somewhat doesn’t make much sense why you would want an iOS 13 beta jailbreak in the first place. Apple has pretty much answered all the prayers of what users have bene asking for in the past years, including a proper Dark Mode.

However, there are still countless users out there who rely on a jailbreak for a number of reasons. For example, on iOS 12, you can get rid of that pesky volume HUD in favor of something more minimal. Similarly, on iOS 13, you will be able to customize the heck out of the OS to your liking and fix stuff which you think Apple hasn’t delivered.

The fact that this is possible gives a lot of people hope that things are looking rather rosy on the other side of the garden. If you are not up for iOS 13 walled-garden at all, then you might wanna play the betting game and pray that Apple misses out on certain exploits before the final version arrives later this year so you can have your fill of a jailbreak.
