OnePlus 7 Pro Goes on Sale in Three Memory Configurations, Including a Model With a Whopping 12GB RAM

OnePlus 7 Pro goes on sale three memory models

After its launch three days back, the OnePlus 7 Pro is now widely available and can also be purchased off the Chinese company’s online store. The phone comes with a number of flagship-level features and while the price is high compared to the standard OnePlus 7, the base variant of the Pro model is still more affordable than high-end phones from the likes of Apple and Samsung.

Right now, the OnePlus 7 Pro is available in the color options Mirror Gray, and Nebula Blue. The Mirror Gray variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory costs $669, while the model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage has a price tag of $699, meaning that you only have to spend $30 to get a massive RAM and internal storage upgrade. The Nebula Blue version with identical 8GB RAM/256GB storage has the same price as its Mirror Gray counterpart while the model with 12GB of RAM will set you back by $749, which is the same price as when Samsung initially launched the Galaxy S10e at.

The OnePlus 7 Pro will also be available in the paint job Almond with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of native memory, but you will have to wait until next month for this option. To save some money, you can make use of OnePlus’ trade-in program and exchange your current phone in return for some savings. To recap on the hardware, the OnePlus 7 Pro sports a 90Hz notchless 6.67-inch Fluid AMOLED screen that also supports HDR10 and HDR10+ content. It is underpinned by the Snapdragon 855 and also makes use of the LPDDR4X memory and UFS 3.0 storage. It has a triple rear camera system at the back (48MP + 8MP (telephoto with 3x optical zoom) + 16MP (170-degree wide-angle). The selfie camera is a 16MP sensor and it is housed in a pop-up mechanism.

A huge 4000mAh battery powers the show and the company’s Warp Charge 30 fast charging technology is also supported, but just like its predecessor, the OnePlus 7 Pro doesn’t support Qi wireless charging. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner, which the company states is twice the size of the fingerprint reader running in the OnePlus 6T.
