However, the signing window is still open for iOS 12.3, so do take hold of the opportunity before its too late.
Before you begin the downgrading process, make sure that you backup everything to a secure location. This is due to the fact that downgrading will wipe everything off your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch since it is a clean install from scratch. You can also backup using iTunes or iCloud.
