Death Stranding Is A Timed Exclusive, And It Will Release On PC

Death Stranding

After a very long wait, it’s now been confirmed that Death Stranding will be released on PlayStation 4 worldwide on November 8th. No other version of the game has been announced so far, but it seems like it will be eventually released on PC.

Italian journalist Antonio Fucito, who leaked the game’s release date before the official announcement, recently revealed during a livestream that Death Stranding is a timed PlayStation 4 exclusive, and so the game will be released on PC after its PS4 launch. Fucito doesn’t know if the exclusivity deal is for 6 months or a year, so it’s hard to say when the game will release.

The PS4 cover didn’t have the “Only on PS” label because DS it’s coming to PC at a later date, that’s the deal signed between Kojima and Sony, the game will be a timed PS4 exclusive and will be available on PC later on (won’t be available on Xbox), I don’t know if it’s a 6 or 12 months exclusive

Death Stranding is promising to be a game like few others, tasking players with reconnecting people who have grown accustomed to living in isolation.

People have created “Walls” and become accustomed to living in isolation. “Death Stranding” is a completely new type of action game, where the goal of the player is to reconnect isolated cities and a fragmented society. It is created so that all elements, including the story and gameplay, are bound together by the theme of the “Strand” or connection. As Sam Porter Bridges, you will attempt to bridge the divides in society, and in doing create new bonds or “Strands” with other players around the globe. Through your experience playing the game, I hope you’ll come to understand the true importance of forging connections with others.

Death Stranding launches on PlayStation 4 on November 8th. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more come in on it so stay tuned for all the latest news.
