Days Gone Tops UK Charts For The Second Consecutive Week

Days Gone

Sony Bend’s Days Gone may not the best PlayStation 4 exclusive ever released, but it’s managing to sell quite nicely in the UK.

According to the latest sales data, Days Gone is the best selling game in the UK for the second consecutive week, despite a 60& decline in sales over the previous week.

Mortal Kombat 11 is still the second best selling game, but the NetherRealm Studios fighting game also saw a 74% drop in sales from the previous week.

The following titles are ones that have been on the charts for quite some time, like FIFA 19, Red Dead Redemption 2, Grand Theft Auto V and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

  1. Days Gone
  2. Mortal Kombat
  3. FIFA 19
  4. Red Dead Redemption
  5. Grand Theft Auto V
  6. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
  7. New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe
  8. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2
  9. Forza Horizon 4
  10. Anthem

Days Gone is a more than competent open world game. In his review, Alessio noted how the game doesn’t deliver any meaningful innovation, but it still offers a fun experience with a great story.

Days Gone puts Bend Studio once again on the map of all PlayStation gamers after many years of oblivion. While it doesn’t deliver any meaningful innovations in terms of open world and gameplay mechanics, it’s a fun game that sports gorgeous graphics and a surprisingly great story/cast of characters, easily paving the way for a sequel to the stories of Deacon ‘the Drifter’ St. John.

Days Gone is now available on PlayStation 4 in all regions.
