Spotify and YouTube Premium are giving new customers who buy the Samsung Galaxy S10 6 and 4 month subscriptions each

Last Summer, Samsung and Spotify announced a new partnership. We’re starting to see one of the effects of that announcement with the launch of the Galaxy S10 series. Spotify is pre-installed on Galaxy S10 devices sold in the US.  To persuade new users to actually use the app they didn’t ask for, Spotify is including 6 months of Premium for free. On top of that, users will also get 4 months of YouTube Premium on the house.

The Spotify offers has quite a lot of fine print, so you may not automatically be eligible. First, the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, or Galaxy S10e must be purchased in the US. You must be new to Spotify Premium. That means if you’ve ever paid for Premium or you claimed a free trial offer in the past, you don’t qualify. Once the 6-month trial window is over, you will be charged the full monthly price (unless you cancel first).

Want to take advantage of that beautiful HDR10+ AMOLED display? YouTube Premium is offering 4 free months to Galaxy S10 (and Galaxy Fold and Tab S5e) users as well. YouTube Premium gets you ad-free viewing, background play, offline downloads, and YouTube Music. You must be a new user of YouTube Premium, Music Premium, and Google Play Music. You don’t qualify even if you had a free trial to one of these services in the past. The good news is this offer is not limited to the US.

If you’re lucky enough to qualify for one of these offers, it’s a great way to give the services a try. We see 1-month or even 3-month trials often, but 6 months or 4 months is really good. Check out the links below for more details and requirements.
