The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro were launched in India at the end of February 2019. With these new devices, Xiaomi sent out very strong contenders for phones with the most value in the budget and mid-range segments of the market. In fact, the devices pack in so much value at such a low price, it isn’t fair to call them budget devices despite their low price tag. Needless to say, both the devices are expected to sell like hotcakes in India and other South Asian regions.
In order to keep testing the newest MIUI updates on these devices as well as to keep the community engaged, Xiaomi has announced the MIUI 10 Beta program for the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro. Users of these devices who are interested to become a part of the continuous development process (and who have sufficient knowledge and experience with Android) are encouraged to join the program.

To apply for the program, all you have to do is fill out the Google form. Do note that the selection criteria has certain pre-requisites: you should be an active member of the Mi Community with a ranking of “Advanced Bunny” at least. You are also expected to not leak the ROM or post about it on social media. You also need a Telegram ID to communicate and interact with the developer liaisons. And, of course, you also need to have the phone. For all your troubles, you get access to the weekly Beta as soon as it is released for the device that you are selected for.
Applications close on March 22, 2019 at 9PM IST. Results will be declared by March 25, 2019.
