WWDC 2019 Will Take Place From June 3 to 7 in San Jose, Expect iOS 13, tvOS 13, watchOS 6, macOS 10.15

WWDC 2019

Though there’s no official word on this from Apple, but MacRumors suggests that Apple’s annual developer conference, WWDC 2019, will kick off on June 3rd.

If you are an Apple user (or a fanboy) then you already know that Apple utilizes its WWDC event to showcase the next-generation software for its devices. Those keeping tabs know that WWDC takes place in June of every year and evidence points towards the fact that this year’s event will kick off on the 3rd of June and will run until the 7th of the same month.

According to MacRumors:

While we were already confident the WWDC 2019 dates would fall on June 3-7, we confirmed with a source that a large annual event of some kind will be taking place during that week at McEnery. Meanwhile, the second and fourth weeks of June are ruled out due to the already-announced O’Reilly Velocity conference on June 10-13 and the Sensors Expo on June 25-27 at McEnery.

Given how things turn out every year, it’s safe to say that Apple will show off iOS 13 on stage for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Furthermore, watchOS 6 will be shown off as well, alongside macOS 10.15 and tvOS 13. It’s also rumored that iOS 13 will focus big time on new features and will give Apple’s tablet a big boost with more ‘pro’ features.

Given MacRumors’ accurate track record when it comes to predicting dates, it’s safe to digest this news as ‘confirmed.’ But if you are still being skeptical, it won’t be long until Apple opens up registrations for its developer conference, which will of course, ultimately confirm everything which has already been confirmed in this report.

Still, whether the conference is moved around or not, it will be exciting to see how Apple will take its software into the future, especially on its mobile range of devices such as the iPhone and iPad. After all, iOS 12 was a big focus on performance while skipping out on features, therefore it will be nice to see something heavy from Cupertino in the features end.
