Galaxy S10 Sees Storage, RAM And Charging Details Leak In China

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus With 5G Modem

With just little over a month left before its launch, Samsung’s Galaxy S10 lineup is in its final stages of pre-launch preparations. Yesterday, we had the upcoming smartphones’ price leak from South Korean, and today there’s more information for their charging and storage specifications. So if you’re interested, head over below for all the details.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Lineup Receives Certification In China As Another Report Details The Smartphones’ RAM And Storage Specifications

We’ve got two separate reports today, and the first of these is from China’s 3C (Chinese Compulsory Certification). The report is a certification for two of Samsung’s Galaxy S10 smartphones. While the Korean tech giant is rumored to launch three new S10 smartphones this year, looks like only two of these have passed through the Chinese systems.

These devices are codenamed as the SM-G9730 and SM-G9750 and represent the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+, with only the Galaxy S10 Lite not being present. The interesting bit about this certification is that it contradicts earlier reports of a boost in the S10 lineup’s charging specifications over those of its predecessor. According to the details, the S10 smartphones will ship with the EP-TA200, which is the same adaptive fast charger that is currently available on the market.

The second report that we have for you today claims to provide RAM and storage configurations for the upcoming S10 smartphones. According to these details, the following are the different configurations that you’ll get with Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S10 lineup:

Galaxy S10+ Galaxy S10 Galaxy S10E Galaxy S10 5G Samsung Fold
RAM+Storage: 6GB+128GB/256GB

8GB+512GB

6GB+128GB/256GB 4GB+128GB 8GB+256GB/512GB

12GB+1TB

12GB+512GB/1TB

Today’s report marks yet another time when we’ve seen 1TB internal storage surface for Samsung’s 5G Galaxy S10. This smartphone is expected to launch only in South Korea; although some sources have claimed that it will be a Verizon exclusive in the US. Additionally, 4GB of RAM for the S10 Lite has also surfaced before and it also looks like Samsung will try to entice users to the Galaxy Fold by offering 1TB of storage with the device.

The big question on our mind as we head to the S10 launch is that will Samsung be able to sustain the smartphones’ sales throughout the fiscal year? After all, the company launches the ‘S’ smartphones with its usual pomp and flair every year, but it fails to maintain market interest in them as we head down the road. Thoughts? Let us know what you think in the comments section below and stay tuned. We’ll keep you updated on the latest.
